My interest in psychology and philosophy began in my teens and developed through extensive academic and personal study. I trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, later obtaining further qualifications in EMDR and clinical supervision.

I have 15 years of experience in clinical practice, working across a broad range of mental health concerns, with particular expertise in abuse, trauma recovery, PTSD and cult psychology.

For 10 years alongside my clinical practice, I served as Head of Counselling and Mental Health at a university, where I led a multidisciplinary team of therapists and mental health advisers and oversaw the delivery of counselling and wellbeing services.

In 2023, I began a PhD in Psychology, which I continue to pursue alongside my professional practice.

I am also a student and practitioner of Vedic Astrology (Jyotish), bringing together my psychological and spiritual backgrounds to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, wellbeing and personal insight. I divide my time between the UK and India.
